House Rules
- Rent should be paid on or before 10th every month to avoid fine of Rs. 100/- per Day.
- In case if you do not complete the contract period, one-month accommodation charges would be deducted from the security deposit.
- Deposit amount will not be adjusted as accommodation charges.
- Security deposit will be refunded after 15 working days of vacating the room.
- Any damage to the management property will be recovered from tenant's security deposit.
- Booking amount is INR 1500/- which will not be refunded if in case of further cancellation.
- In case you vacate your room before completion of the month, you will be bound to pay the accommodation charges for the whole month. The accommodation charges are charged from first day of the month to last day of the month.
- Girls in Boys PG & Boys in Girls PG strictly not allowed.
- Use of narcotics, consumption of alcoholic beverages, smoking & gambling are strictly prohibited.
- Misbehaviour or Indulging in a row with owner's / security staff will be treated as an offence and will be liable for expulsion.
- You should take care for the safety of your belongings inside the room. The hostel admistration shall not be responsible for any such losses Items like jewellery, costly watches and mobile phones, laptops must not to be kept open inside the room.
- Display of any type of posters, calendars, and other material on the wall inside the allotted rooms is strictly prohibited. Anyone found doing so shall be fined INR 500/- for subsequent offences and at last expulsion.
- One - month prior notice must be given by you when vacating the premises, without any default.
- You should take away all your belongings from the premises, before leaving the PG accommodation and must give clean and vacant possession.
- All tenants will be provided with a key to their cupboard/room/house. If the tenant loses a key, INR 400/- will be charged to the tenant in addition to the cost of duplicate key.
- Please switch off unused electrical equipment
- Respect your roommates and consider them as your family and Bed Box as your house.
- Gates will be closed at 12:00 am
- Just a small request please live here as you live with your family.
- Wi-Fi is a supplementary service provided by us and it is not included in rent. In case of network failure, kindly don't argue regarding the same.
